Synergy Architects provide a range of architectural and design services from concept to completion. We are capable of undertaking work of differing scales and complexities, across a range of sectors.

We offer architectural services from feasibility studies, brief development and concept design to detail design, specification and site monitoring, as well as project management. Our expertise also includes Interior Design, with a dedicated in-house team, which can be provided as part of a wider architectural commission, or as a stand-alone service.

We handle projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £20 million, new build or refurbishment, and are at home with both traditional contracts and more recent procurement routes like design-and-build and partnering arrangements.

As well as mastering traditional construction methods, we have been at the forefront of innovative construction techniques, including timber volumetric, timber panel and modular lightweight steel, that can reduce building times and disruption on site.

We are specialists and leaders in the design of residential training and conference centres, and have an enviable reputation for healthcare. Our other main areas of expertise are developer residential, commercial and leisure. We also have considerable experience of working within historic buildings. The practice has also undertaken work in other sectors, such as private residential and community/civic, and we welcome the opportunity to take on select projects outside our core areas.
