We have worked for a number of major hotel and leisure operators on a range of facilities including golf clubs, swimming pools and spas, and fitness centres. Major projects include:

• A community sports centre for Berkhamsted Collegiate school that included a full sports hall and swimming pool;
• A health club with gym, studios and 20m pool for a leading operator;
• A 150-bedroom budget hotel integrated into the Sol Central leisure complex in Northampton.

As well as stand-alone schemes, much of our leisure portfolio is made up of projects that form part of larger schemes. We have extensive experience providing bars, restaurants and health/fitness facilities at hotel and conference venues, including:

• Full hospitality facilities at Wychwood Park hotel;
• Full hospitality facilities, golf clubhouse and leisure club and pool at Wokefield Park Executive Centre;
